You will be in charge of planning marketing strategies and generating content on social media platforms. The Marketing Director will work closely with the Executive team to enhance PanScope’s visibility, attract new partners/donors, and enhance our global presence, especially engaging with Gen Z audiences on issues of peace and security.
Responsibilities:
Create marketing plans, ideas, and strategies
Create weekly content (2-3 posts) on PanScope’s social media platforms
Collaborate with the team to create marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
Hold prior experience with social media content creation
Proficient in written English and graphic design skills
Experience with design software, such as Canva

As the Director of Operations at PanScope, you will have a pivotal role under the Executive Director and gain invaluable experience in managing a dynamic, global NGO. This position involves close collaboration with the leadership team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. You will play a crucial role in managing daily operations and spearheading strategic initiatives, all while supporting our mission to democratize international peace and security dialogue.
Responsibilities:
Lead the creation and execution of new initiatives aligned with PanScope’s mission, especially focusing on implementing and enhancing our volunteer program.
Proactively identify and engage with potential partners, donors, and other stakeholders to support and expand PanScope’s initiatives.
Design and implement action plans for new initiatives, setting clear timelines and milestones to track progress and impact.
Manage and optimize internal processes to improve organizational efficiency
Requirements:
Proven leadership skills in managing, inspiring, and coordinating teams towards common goals, preferably in a nonprofit environment
Strong proficiency in writing and communication in engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience planning or implementing successful initiatives.

You will play an essential role in expanding PanScope’s global footprint. As the Director of Partnerships, you will have the opportunity to autonomously form and manage strategic partnerships that align with and enhance our mission at PanScope.
Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, governments, youth-led initiatives, and other relevant organizations.
Oversee the implementation and management of collaborative projects.
Represent PanScope in external meetings and forums.
Requirements:
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated strength in communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and strategically.

You will have the opportunity to lead PanScope’s research and educational initiatives, ensuring the production of high-quality, impactful research in the field of international peace and security.
Responsibilities:
Conduct and supervise comprehensive research projects autonomously.
Design and develop accessible educational content such as pamphlets and reports.
Use technology to translate information to locally appropriate languages
Requirements:
Proficiency in English writing
Proficiency with technologies (Canva, Google Translate, ChatGPT)
Proven experience in conducting and/or managing research projects.

You will independently produce engaging, informative, and high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. As a content creator, you will have the opportunity to expand PanScope’s reach and mission.
Responsibilities
Create and execute content creation plans.
Film and post promotional videos on platforms like TikTok.
Create diverse content (articles, videos, infographics) on peace and security topics.
Report performance and feedback to the team.
Requirements
Experience in content creation, social media, or journalism.
Strong understanding of the Gen Z demographic and trends.
Knowledge of international peace and security issues is a plus.

You will be in charge of planning and organizing PanScope’s events, including workshops, conferences, and public forums, ensuring they effectively contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy.
Ensure each event aligns with PanScope’s goals and maximizes audience engagement.
Coordinate with various stakeholders for event success.
Evaluate and report on event outcomes and attendee feedback.
Qualifications:
Experience in event planning and management is preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
